ProvibTech's PT908 is ideal for vibration measurement. PT908 can be set to measure acceleration, velocity, displacement or bearing /gearbox running condition. PT908 will pick-up the high frequency signals in the unit of gE. The number is a rough indication of the bearing/gearbox condition. If this number increases significantly, the bearing/gearbox may have some defect.
